GOP congressman: Akin's rape comments were 'partly right'

First Read: Rep. Phil Gingrey, R-Ga., a former obstetrician-gynecologist, said at a town hall meeting that Akin was "partly right" in asserting that victims of "legitimate rape" rarely become pregnant.
