Optimism in Connecticut on post-Sandy balloting; elsewhere, wait and see


Connecticut Secretary of State Denise Merrill said Wednesday that despite the after-effects of hurricane Sandy, which struck her state, Monday she’s optimistic that normal voting will be taking place on Election Day.
