Castro becomes first Hispanic to deliver keynote for Democrats

For the first time in the Democratic Party’s history, and in a sign of Latinos’ growing significance as a key voting block, San Antonio Texas Mayor Julian Castro was the first Hispanic to deliver the keynote speech at the DNC.
